"5th injector you should install when you want's to have power. With the 4 stock injectors you loss 15-20hp because you drive around lambda 1. "

aha i tez jest coś takiego, ale to chyba do 1.4 :
This controller will slave any injectors connected to it to the injectors driven by the Bosch ECU, pulsing in harmony with the 4 original injectors. The advantage is that the load to drive these extra injectors is completely removed from the ECU and prevents overloading from the ECU output stages. It has 2 outputs to which up to 4 high impedance injectors can be connected to each output or one low impedance injector can be connected to each output.
Further an optional limit switch can be installed on the throttle body which opens in the idle position. This then disables the extra injectors on idle to ensure that you still have a proper idle (using only the original UT injectors)and prevents the idling problems experienced when bigger injectors are fitted. This switch can be fitted on the spring side of the throttle housing.
All resistors and zeners can have a 500 mW rating. If you want to you can beef it up a bit more. The components are not very critical, but make sure that you use semiconductors of a similar spec when you use substitutes.
The TIP42 circuit is very much an overprotection against transient spiking. It can be omitted and the circuit will still perform satisfactory. It does however helps to speed up the rise time of the injector pulse.
The unit can be built into a box the size of a packet of 20 cigarettes. The transistors must be mounted on a heatsink.
As you can see it is very easy to integrate into the UT wiring and can save you a lot of hassles. With 2 extra standard UT injectors you should be fine for 180 kw. 5 injectors should do for about 145 kw.
Remember, the AFM has to recalibrated too, but that is the easy part.
So there you go, maybe one of the club members would like to make a nice PC board for it and publish it here??? Or even sell a kit?
Happy injecting... (not your girlfriends, hey)
o lepszy schemacik:
