Da się kupić nowy DV? BOV-a to raczej nie chcę (no i drogie są). Na stronie bliźniaczego klubu z Afryki znalazłem przepis na naprawę. Pozwolę sobie zacytować:
Looking at the prices we have to pay here in SA for spares, I thought I'd have a go at repairing the UT original dump valve. Firstly, it is a sin just to throw something THAT expensive away and secondly, it is basically a good valve, very reliable and works well.
Two problems are experienced here, firstly to open the valve and secondly spares for it. On the spares issue the diaphram is exactly the same one as used in the Forge dump valves. So there you are, an unlimited supply at a reasonable price. You can even use the springs as well. If you want to be really smart you can combine the clamp and top into one piece and make the spring adjustable!!!
To open the valve I used a sharp 6mm wooden chisel.
You only need to cut through the 2mm wide joint, so be careful not to push it right through the cap on the underside (if you do it is not a train smash as the clamp will cover these areas anyway).
Then remove the top and all the internals can be removed.
Note the little hole on the diaphram where it failed (2nd item from the right)
Install the new diaphram and close the valve up. Voila you have a valve now that can be serviced over and over again.
